Hi I'm Brieze. I'm originally from Sacramento, but I've spent the last 10 years in Los Angeles and San Diego teaching pilates to my private in-home clients as well as teaching group classes at several boutique studios and gyms. I recently moved to Valley Springs and I'm so excited to finally be opening a studio of my own. I received my comprehensive 500-hour pilates certification through Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI). I look forward to seeing you in class! In my free time you can find me hanging out with my amazing kids, Ziggy Blue and Raya Moon (who inspired the studio name), and my two big furry dogs Remy and Nora.
