THE CLASSES

All Levels Reformer

A 50-minute reformer class limited to 8 participants. Modifications and challenges will be offered so you can choose the option that feels best for you. These classes are athletically paced and will help you build strength, coordination, flexibility, and endurance. These classes are not suitable for those with physical limitations.

Jumpboard Cardio

This 50-minute class utilizes the jumpboard. You can expect an elevated heart rate, a good burn in your legs, and some sweat. A low impact way to incorporate plyometrics and cardio without straining your joints. We do not jump the whole time- there will be 4-6 jumping intervals with regular reformer work in between.
